Owner’s Bio

Eri Swager holds a master’s degree in technology management from the University of Denver. She earned her bachelor’s degree entirely online from Charter Oak Stage College in Connecticut – an experience that helps her work effectively with clients without having face-to-face contact on a daily basis.

As President of Luxerge LLC, she applies her project management skills in a variety of areas. She performs schedule development, risk assessment, scope verification and other critical processes. The company’s clients range from a large online pharmacy company to entrepreneurs and IT firms that need help launching new business ventures.

Born in Japan, Eri possesses deep understanding of cultural differences and effective ways of communicating with contractors working halfway around the world. From 2008 to 2010, she served as an IT manager for the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment, which illustrates her abilities working in a high-profile international arena.

She is certified as a Project Manager Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute and holds several IT certifications from IBM and the Computing Technology Industry Association. She is a member of both the Houston and Japan chapters of Project Management Institute.

Eri’s expertise includes content management system projects and extends to business intelligence, video production as well as online marketing strategy development.

As an experienced project manager with a strong technical and cultural background, Eri offers demonstrated knowledge and skill in leading and directing project teams and in delivering results within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources.
